Husband has dementia and he took the shower glass door out of the hinges but didn’t break the glass. Bathroom is due for a remodel but this isn’t the right time. LD Glass gave me a cost-effective estimate and timeline to put the shower glass back together. Accepted. He took the door to his truck to transport to his workshop. He was able to reassemble at his truck. He charged a nominal fee. L D Glass did not inflate the estimate. L D Glass charged reasonably based upon the actual work the job required, far less than the estimate.

Great company. Both Jeremy and Mark are easy to deal with, are knowledgeable, and their crew appears well trained and leave the job site clean. The office staff has always been friendly, helpful and willing to offer suggestions to save costs for tight budgets. In my opinion this is one of those rare businesses that isn't all about money, but rather the service they can offer their customers. We have used LD Glass several other times in last 15 years. Kudos to this family business.

LD Glass is truly one of the last great family-operated businesses around!The installation pictures on their website are what originally sold us on using them, and the countless 5-star raving reviews made us confident in our decision before they even made the first measurements.They are not the cheapest installation company around, but that's because you pay a premium for good quality glass, fittings, and their unmatched experience. These guys are the real deal, and trust me when I say that you DO NOT want to penny-pinch by going with a less experienced company that uses mediocre-quality (and often warped) glass.Our Experience:Jereme did our measurements on day 1, and we got a quote later that week for the cost of installation and materials. Jereme was extremely professional, courteous, and we could tell pretty quickly that he had decades of experience. We knew we were in good hands.After placing our order, it took three weeks for the glass to be shipped before we were able to schedule our install.They had to reschedule our 9am appointment to 3pm. However, I tried to be understanding because with COVID, I'm sure they have taken on several jobs and are just doing the best they can with all the work being thrown at them.It was WELL worth the wait. Jeff (Jereme's brother) arrived at 3:05pm with his assistant Arturo to install the glass panels. They were also very nice, professional, CAREFUL, and had a great attention to detail. They worked for about 2 hours on their own, drilled through our porcelain tiles (very hard to do) around the shower, and sealed everything perfectly.We are 100% satisfied with this company, and will be using them again in the future. My wife and I both feel very comfortable with recommending this company to anyone else needing glass installation services!

Jereme and another gentleman from LD Glass did an excellent job installing a nice glass shower door in our house. I figured things would be difficult because the door was a tight fit and had a poor tiling job, but they made the finished product look better than I expected! They were also timely and got the door installed in just over an hour. Best of all, they beat the other three bids I received. Will definitely be using these guys in the future.

I highly recommend LD Glass. I used them on a recent investment property in Lewisville. 2 other companies told me that my 2 sliding glass doors were unrepairable and that I would need to replace them. Then I called LD Glass. Jeremy found a way to fix both doors which saved me $1,500. He also was very responsive to all of my texts and kept me informed throughout the process. His communication was perfect!

LD Glass is top notch! After calling to get a quote setup they were out next day. I had an idea for what I thought the price would be to replace our glass shower enclosure, it came in several hundreds of dollars below what we ever thought it could be. Installation was quick, and they did a fantastic job. When we need glass work done we will ALWAYS be calling these guys. I highly recommend them!

Contacted LD glass for a quote. In a matter of minutes I received a call from Jereme. He said he would gladly drive over and take some measurements. Later that day the office called with a quote and I agreed with them. My glass was ordered quickly and Jereme and his work colleague come out to my home today to replace my new existing door glass with Low E glass. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend LD Glass. I didn't have to do anything, they took care of cleaning up afterwards and left my door in better condition then it was to begin with. So very happy!!!!!!!
